Happy's Drive-Thru Car Wash

I had to change my review to 5 stars 🌟 because I had a issue and they got back to me relatively fast and not only fixed my issue with a better attitude than the first person I talk to but even went above and gave me a free car wash to boot. Very kind and willing to help. Thank you. Also to add through my year of using the car wash it was fast easy and loved being able to drive up and wash and then vacuum and go. I will miss my 19.95 a month washes but it was nice while it lasted. Great place for a wash.

Thank you Jodi for the bright smile and excellent service! It genuinely feels like you love being here and it shows!! Keep it up! Everyone here has a positive attitude and the benefits to the membership are great. Love the free use of a vacuum, clean towels, cool water! Top notch and have loved the past 2 years of being a member! Keep it up gang, it’s noticed!

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. My car was in excellent condition before I brought it in, but after the wash I noticed damage on the roof, including scratches and chipped paint. I take good care of my vehicle, so it was very frustrating to see this happen. Instead of leaving with a clean car, I left with damage that wasn’t there before. I expected more care and professionalism. I would recommend taking photos of your vehicle before using this car wash, just in case. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

This is just clearly unacceptable! I got the Wash Me Happy package, which is their best wash, and I expected much better results. My car barely even looked cleaned when I left, and there was still dirt and grime all over it. If you’re advertising your top-tier wash, it should actually leave a car looking clean. And my tires look like they weren’t even touched. I left very disappointed and would not recommend!!!!!

I have used this place on a couple occasions, always picked the most expensive option in terms of wash and my truck never leaves clean. I figured maybe I just had bad luck the first time, decided to give them another shot and same thing. Streaks of dirt down every panel, around emblems, wheel wells, etc. Plenty of debris still stuck on my hood, windshield, and side panels.
